‘Omakase’ literally means ‘I leave it up to you’. The chef handcrafts and serves a single dish at a time. Traditionally served at the counter, the dishes are

seasonal, artistic and use only the finest ingredients. Bon’s dinner omakase is served at the sushi counter and is comprised of 20 dishes: 6 appetizers, 12

sushi, 1 soup, 1 dessert.

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, we do not take sameday Omakase reservations as it requires prep for the exact number of

seatings.

Deposit Required for Omakase Reservations
50% deposit is required for Omakase reservations.

Cancellations/Modifications/No-shows

If you need to cancel, modify or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours or more in advance. Any same day cancellations/modifications of seating times will result in loss of deposit. No-shows will result in loss of deposit.  

Omakase seatings are reserved well in advance, so any reservations are taking up seats that could have gone to other guests. Thank you for your

understanding.
